Your use of the Transit Training Network website(s) (“Website”) is subject to the following terms, conditions, and notices (“Terms of Use”). By using the Website, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, you may not use the Website.
All materials and content available on the Website including: trademarks, trade dress, logos, designs, graphics, publications, articles and other proprietary materials (collectively, “Publications”) are owned by The Transportation Learning Center (“The Center) and/or are made available on the Website with the permission of the respective owners. Third party trademarks, names, or logos that may appear on the Website are owned by the respective owners and no representation is made with respect to the existence of any relationship between the Center and such owners. The Website and Publications are protected under trademark, trade dress, copyright, or other applicable U.S. and international laws, and the same may not be copied, reproduced, modified, retransmitted, or distributed, in whole or in part, without proper permission from the Center. All rights are expressly reserved.
Your use of the documents or the Website shall be limited strictly for academic or non-commercial informational use only. The Publications may not be sold or otherwise commercially distributed without a license from the Center or its designee. Any printed copies of the Publications permitted under this Agreement or otherwise authorized by the Center must include the entire original document and bear all original copyright notices unless otherwise agreed by the Center. No part of the Publications, including the Code, may be modified, copied, or otherwise reproduced in a different medium or document, whole or in part, without a license from the Center or its designee.
THIS WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND THE CENTER MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND CONCERNING THE ACCURACY, SUITABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR SAFETY OF WEBSITE CONTENT OR ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT CONTAINED ON ANY LINKED WEBSITE. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND PUBLICATIONS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THE CENTER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE CENTER FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND THAT THE SERVICES OR INFORMATION PROVIDED VIA THE WEBSITE OR ANY LINKED WEBSITE(S) WILL BE PROVIDED UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVER THAT HOSTS THE WEBSITE ARE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER FORMS OF HARMFUL COMPUTER CODE.
THE CENTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PUBLICATIONS. YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY LIABLE FOR ALL DAMAGE INCURRED BY THE CENTER, ITS AFFILIATES OR THIRD PARTIES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PUBLICATIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE CENTER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS, HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, SUITS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PUBLICATIONS.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THE SUBMISSION OF ANY MATERIALS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOU AGREE THAT THE CENTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COMMENTS OR MATERIALS PROVIDED BY YOU. THE CENTER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY MATERIAL COMMUNICATED BY THIRD PARTIES THROUGH THIS WEB SITE; AND YOU AGREE TO HOLD THE CENTER HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY YOUR SUBMISSION OF MATERIALS AND/OR USE OF THE MATERIALS BY THE CENTER.
This Legal Notice and User Agreement may be amended or modified from time to time so it is your sole responsibility to review the same.
